Poland - Wroclaw

Wrocław is a city on the Oder River in western Poland and is one of the oldest and the most beautiful cities in Poland. It’s known for its Market Square, lined with elegant townhouses and featuring a modern fountain. The Gothic Old Town Hall, with its large astronomical clock stands proudly in the same Square. Also referred as to the ‘Polish Venice’ as there are 130 bridges on the oder river connecting 12 islands to Wroclaw and its surrounding neighborhood,

Wraclow's Market Square is located in the heart of the old city. This is where locals or a tourists- alike gather, cafes, shops and restaurants are found all round the square. , even street musicians etc too can find a space to paddle their wares in the evenings... Most of the buildings here are actual replicas of how they used to be. Rynek or Wroclaw’s Market Square was completely rebuilt after the 2nd World War and and The Seige of 1945 The vibrant colours of these buildings, flats and apartments enliven the Square. It brings tourists that happy feelings when strolling the square.

The first dwarf named “Papa Dwarf” of Worclaw was placed on Świdnicka Street in 2001. The dwarfs of Wraclow is one of Wroclaw's most popular, memorable and iconic attractions hidden all over the city is a legion of cute little bronze people, lurking in the alleyways, peeking out from the doorways and swinging from the lampposts. These tiny delightful dwarfs are a delight to not only children but also adult visitors from all over the world.
