Upon leaving Abergavenny, we drove on the country road through Gospel Pass to reach Hay-on-Wye. Off and on, it continued to drizzle. Some patches of roads were partially submerged in water.
Stopping to let the sheep pass... but they were confused and stopped to look at us instead. This is near Abergavenny.

Lunch at the Granary Cafe. It was the Sunday roast menu that enticed us in..
Dad had the Sunday roast - Roast beef with yorkshire pudding, pickled beetroot, carrot, cabbage, squash, broccoli and baked cauliflower cheese.
Mum had the spaghetti bolognese. I had the normandy rabbit with veg.
Apple cranberry pie with custard for dessert. Yummy lunch!
