Wales - Holyhead to Penley


Left the Ferry terminal at Holyhead and drove on the A55 / A5 to Penley, Wrexham via Glasinfyn and Betwsy Coed.

Wales - Picturesque drive on Gospel Pass, Wales highest road pass

Upon leaving Abergavenny, we drove on the country road through Gospel Pass to reach Hay-on-Wye. Off and on, it continued to drizzle. Some patches of roads were partially submerged in water.




Wales - Blaenavon Heritage Site


Arriving at Blaenavon Heritage Town, a historic town created by coal mining and ironworks. 
In its heyday, hundreds of men, women and children dug coal, iron ore and limestone, shaping the area's dramatic landscape.
